RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the development and implementation of detailed IT solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools/techniques.

Responsible for defining the client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs as well as overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution.

Support sales pursuits for the assigned service offering by adapting services scope definition to match specific customer requirements.

Work with Delivery, Sales and Project Management to understand large proposals and support delivery organization.

Develop relationships with the customer’s site operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel.

Work with internal and customer teams in different time zone and utilize tools for remote management.

Drives product pull-through for all Company product and service lines that might impact the customers’ business.

Performs site studies for defined Services segment to uncover areas of potential economic value generation that resolve customer specific business problems.

Discover improvement opportunity and economic value through teaming with customers operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel.

Managed multiple customer projects over the years.

Continuous improvement leader with a strong hold on application development process.

Manage 3rd party vendors for delivery. Working experience in outsource delivery model.

Provide detailed status of each customer facing project and workout the plan with Delivery and System Integration team.

Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Perform in both people management capacity as well as technical leadership capacity.

Interact with subordinates supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
