Our cooperative overlooks the fairways of Green Haven Golf Course in Anoka, MN Responsibilities/Job Description: Provides leadership and supervision to staffSupervises all staff and provides annual written performance reviewsProvides support for day to day problem solving strategies and encourages best practicesEstablishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfactionDevelops and maintains positive and effective working relationships with the Board of Directors, Owners, and community committeesDevelops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial recordsCollets all receivables and deposits into the appropriate bank accountMonitors the maintenance of the building and grouds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessaryUnderstands the association governance and sale processServes as a resource to members in sale of their share/unitConducts disclosure meetings and closings with new buyers Qualifications: Required Education/Experience/Skills:High School Diploma/GED3-5 years of life experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, ActivitiesReal Estate Licensure
– required to obtain within 24 months of hire dateKnowledge of basic Microsoft applicationsHigh-level of communication skillsPreferred Education/Experience/Skills:Associate Degree3-5 years of experienceExperience working with Seniors
