Join us, and experience better living at Marvin.Key responsibilities:Read, sort and process complete ordersAttach appropriate labels and tags to products and packagesAbility to read and understand visual and written assembly instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts from a pick list.Issue parts to the lines as needed and operate a forklift to move/deliver parts to the line in a timely manner.Operate power hand tools, scanners, computers and work with various other equipment.Assist with the upkeep of warehouse inventory and with the loading and unloading trucks.Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or defective material issues.Receive cross-training in multiple functions within and between various departments.Maintain a safe work environment by following safety rules and participating in reporting of unsafe conditions or instances.Maintaining housekeeping by having clean docks and warehouse aisles; stack material neatly and safely.Maintain an accurate inventory.Qualifications:High School diploma or GED preferredExperience working with computers in a production setting is preferredAbility to obtain/maintain a forklift certification is requiredCore Schedule: Day Shift Monday – Thursday, 5am – 3:30pm*Please note this shift requires mandatory overtimeAccommodations may be made (whenever reasonably possible) to enable an individual with a disability to perform the essential functions of the position.EOEThis job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the employee.
