Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel – Physical Therapist 48’s
Shift: Days/ 7a-7p, 12×4, 48hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- VT License
- At least 2 years experience
- Large teaching facility experience
- Acute experience
- Epic experience
- BCLS
Other Details:
- Float expected for short stay ortho and medicine float
- COVID19 Vaccination required, with limited exemptions (medical/religious). Any non-vaccinated traveler will be required to have a COVID-19 nasal swab test weekly. Documentation needs to be included with submission packet
- Flu Vaccination required
- Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
- This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $2628.47 per week
